We are still very conscious about producing a healthy "good to eat" product. We do not use butter, palm oil, coconut oil or other highly saturated fats. Therefore, our fudge is very low in cholesterol as compared to commercial candies. Our fudge has no artificial ingredients, stabilizers, or emulsifiers. We do use one gallon of whole milk to a batch. It is smooth and creamy because extra time and special care are taken during the difficult paddling process on our special made marble tables. We know this process makes our fudge the best!
